Nordis Travel Aps is a fast-growing incoming tourist agent in Denmark. The company is owned by Hiseas International Travel group (DMC), which has over 400 employees spreading over a box of countries. Nordis Travel provides genuine, authentic leisure travel experiences across Scandinavia and Baltic countries for its international customers. Nordis Travel is seeking for a dynamic, creative, energetic Sales Manager to help grow the sales.This position is based in Copenhagen, and will be responsible for developing and operating the assigned market (s).
Responsibilities

Create & Execute the Plan: Develop and implement an aggressive U.S. market entry and sales strategy from day one. No hand-holding—we want a leader, not a follower.

Own the Relationships: Leverage your existing network of U.S.-based travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors. If you don’t already have deep industry connections, this isn’t the job for you.

Close High-Value Deals: We’re looking for someone who can sell with confidence, not just "develop leads." You should know how to convert conversations into contracts.

Dominate at Trade Shows & Events: Represent Nordis Travel like a boss—network, negotiate, and own the room at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.

Drive Revenue Like a Shark: If you’re not thinking about increasing sales numbers daily, you’re in the wrong role. This is about real revenue, real growth, and real results.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel and tourism industry.

Well-Connected & Respected: You already have strong relationships with U.S. travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel professionals.
