Nordis Travel Aps is a fast-growing incoming tourist agent in Denmark. The company is owned by Hiseas International Travel group (DMC), which has over 400 employees spreading over a box of countries. Nordis Travel provides genuine, authentic leisure travel experiences across Scandinavia and Baltic countries for its international customers. Nordis Travel is seeking for a dynamic, creative, energetic Sales Manager to help grow the sales.This position is based in Copenhagen, and will be responsible for developing and operating the assigned market (s).
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational and sales activities for our travel business, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to manage bookings, support sales growth, coordinate travel logistics, and maintain efficient workflows.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese or Korean, has a solid understanding of Scandinavian and Baltic destinations, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine operations management with client-facing responsibilities while contributing directly to our business development efforts.
What You will do

Manage daily operational tasks, including itinerary coordination, supplier communication, booking management, and quality control

Support sales activities by preparing quotations, proposals, and tailored travel solutions

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and high service standards

Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth travel experience from planning to execution

Monitor product performance, logistics, and service delivery to ensure operational efficiency

Contribute insights to enhance products, streamline processes, and support business growth

Coordinate with internal teams (Operation, Finance, etc) to ensure alignment and timely execution
What You bring

Native proficiency in Chinese or Korean (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in B2B operations or sales

Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage client and supplier relationships

Solid understanding of Scandinavian and Baltic destinations, products, and travel logistics

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with demonstrated operational experience

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internal reservation or CRM systems

High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to perform under pressure

Ability to multitask effectively and work independently

Strong teamwork skills and comfort working in a multicultural environment

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the long-term commercial growth of the company. This role requires a structured, analytical, and results-oriented professional with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
What You will do

Market Expansion: Support the expansion of Nordis Travel into new markets by researching opportunities, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

Business Development Strategy: Contribute to the creation and execution of Nordis Travel’s business development strategy across European markets.

New Client Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and secure new B2B clients in travel, tourism, MICE, and related segments.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

Industry Representation: Represent the company professionally at trade fairs, conferences, networking events, and client meetings across Europe.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments, emerging trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align commercial activities with company objectives.
What You bring

3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or othe.

Proficiency in English and at least one more European language.

Based in Europe, with flexibility for regular travel within the region.

Demonstrated experience in new business development and establishing long-term commercial relationships.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
